Caroline Lucas MEP & other political campaigns
We've just launched the campaign website for Caroline Lucas MEP. She is standing here in Brighton to (hopefully) become the UK's first Green MP. The site is built using Drupal, which is rapidly becoming the CMS of choice for non-profits and activists everywhere.
Pronking against climate change
Springboks are a type of antelope that love to pronk. When predators chase them, they bounce very high to show how healthy they are (this is called pronking). When applying pressure to politicians and companies, use signals that are similarly hard to fake.
Turnfront & War Child
War Child works in conflict zones, supporting children who have been affected by war. They work with ex-child soldiers, child prisoners, street children and refugees. I'm very happy to say I'll be working with War Child over the next four and a half months to launch some exciting web projects.
Green Brighton map data opened to developers
When the Google Maps API was released, I put together Green Brighton as fun what-can-i-do-in-a-day project. Now we've opened up the XML data, so developers can have a play.
