Robot activists outwit Orwellian policing

Robots spraypainting political messages in public spaces sounds like something out of a cyberpunk movie. The GraffitiWriter is a 'tele-operated field programable robot which employs a custom built array of spray cans to write linear text messages on the ground at a rate of 15 kilometers per hour'.

Public spaces are coming under increasing surveillance by the authorities, and political dissent is not always tolerated. I think this is an innovative way to use technology to create new possibilities. The robot used spraypaint like a dot matrix printer. But it could have just as easily played audio through a megaphone. And the same people have created LittleBrother, a robot that hands out leaflets.

Is what you want to do made impossible by the Orwellian policing? Could a robot do it for you?
